Wednesday Windows
The purpose of Wednesday Windows is to ensure that Year 7 students can meet new friends, have the opportunity to try something new, and hopefully find a life long passion - whether that is football, computer games, needlework, table tennis, debating, or one of the other options.
Students are given a menu of options and asked to select a few they are interested in. They are then placed in a group with the aim being of making new friends, and indulging themselves in a passion. We hope they develop teamwork skills, and respect for other members of their year group, whilst having the chance to identify a passion that will help them remain balanced as they work towards their personal best at school.
